Refund policy

  1. Digital Courses (Online Products)
  • All digital course purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Once payment is completed, access to the course is granted immediately.
  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
  1. Dreadlocks Training (In-Person Sessions)
  • Full payment is required in advance to confirm and reserve your training session.
  • All training bookings are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued in cases of:
    • Cancellation by the client
    • Change of mind
    • No-shows
    • Missed appointments
    • Failure to attend the session
  • Clients may request to reschedule their session by contacting me at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • If I cancel the session or fail to attend the appointment, the client will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
  1. Dreadlocks Services (Hair Appointments)
  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid immediately after the service is completed.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in all cases of:
    • Cancellation by the client
    • No-shows
    • Missed appointments
    • Late arrivals affecting the session
  • Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
  • Once the service is completed, no refunds will be issued.
  1. General Agreement
  • By booking a service or purchasing a course, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
  • This policy is in place to protect time, preparation, and scheduling for all services provided.
